Cancellation and Covid Entry Policy

Entry requirements – Covid

We are following the advice of  Smart (Group) Ltd who manage the venue and can confirm that we will require the following for entry to the Event:

Everyone attending will be required to produce either a Covid Domestic pass via the NHS App (either on their smart phone/a paper copy)  or proof of a recent registered negative Lateral flow test (within 24 hours) again either on the NHS app or via a text message/email from the NHS or printed off.  If you are unable to produce either you will sadly not be able to join us for the evening and no refunds will be given.  This requirement is subject to change,  should the Government guidance change, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible, should this be the case.

Cancellation Policy/Refunds

We will provide a full refund for cancellations up to and including,  4 December upon which time we have to give final numbers to the venue.  Cancellations after that date will be refunded in full or credited for next year’s Ball only if the individual can provide proof of a positive test or an instruction from the NHS/Government track and trace to self-isolate.  This policy is subject to the current (September 2021) Government Guidance and requirements of testing/isolation.
