Guests will be welcomed with a canape reception followed by a sumptuous three course dinner. Throughout the evening, you and your guests will have the chance to bid for some wonderful prizes through our evening’s auction whilst being entertained by some amazing performances. Dancing and Dodgems round off the evening.

Leave the everyday behind and step into the heat of the Carnivale, with colourful Latin street scenes bursting with feathers, masks, musicians, and dazzling décor inspired by Rio, Havana, and beyond. Explore a range of Carnivale-style bars, from lively rum shacks to elegant tropical lounges, serving signature cocktails that bring the rhythm of the party to life. As the celebrations build, dinner is revealed beneath a canopy of stars, in a dining space glowing with jewel tones, flickering candlelight and rich velvet accents. Indulge in a three-course feast while high-energy samba shows, breathtaking aerial performances, and vibrant carnival dancers captivate your senses.
As dinner draws to a close, our live auction begins to tempt you with some amazing experiences you can enjoy or gift. Then when the dodgems open, the DJ invites you to carry on the partying… making ‘Carnivale’ truly a night to remember.

Event Details
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations can only be made by the party organiser and must be made in writing to the Office. Any refunds due are based on the date of cancellation. We regret no refunds are due if you cancel less than 14 days before the event date.
Vegetarians and Vegans
There are 3 menus - Chicken, Vegetarian and Vegan. You and your guests should indicate which menu they would like. If no choice is indicated, Chicken will be served as your main course. It is not possible to choose on the night as the kitchen needs time to prepare the different options.
Allergies
Please note that all dishes have been prepared in kitchens where the allergens are handled. As a result, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any cross-contamination in our dishes. We also cannot guarantee that there will not be traces of the allergens in our dishes or in the ingredients that we use.
