Concession Ticket
Guests will be welcomed with a canape reception followed by a sumptuous three course dinner. Throughout the evening, you and your guests will have the chance to bid for some wonderful prizes through our evening’s auction whilst being entertained by some amazing performances. Dancing and Dodgems round off the evening.
Available for any number of guests. Tables can seat 8 to 12 people. We’ll do our best to seat you with your friends. Please leave a comment in the checkout if you have any special requirements.
Description
As you and your guests dine on fine food and wines, a central stage is the focus of the room, featuring Samba dancers to extraordinarily talented capoeira artists performing throughout the night, your guests will be thrilled, delighted and amazed. Silks and adagio will be performed on a smaller circular stage, to ensure that you and your guests have a front row seat to all the entertainment. As dinner draws to a close, our live auction begins to tempt you with some amazing experiences you can enjoy or gift. Then with the dodgems open, the DJ invites you to carry on the partying… making ‘Carnivale’ truly a night to remember.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations can only be made by the party organiser and must be made in writing to the Office. Any refunds due are based on the date of cancellation. We regret no refunds are due if you cancel less than 14 days before the event date.
Vegetarians and Vegans
There are 3 menus - Chicken, Vegetarian and Vegan. You and your guests should indicate which menu they would like. If no choice is indicated, Chicken will be served as your main course. It is not possible to choose on the night as the kitchen needs time to prepare the different options.
Allergies
Please note that all dishes have been prepared in kitchens where the allergens are handled. As a result, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any cross-contamination in our dishes. We also cannot guarantee that there will not be traces of the allergens in our dishes or in the ingredients that we use.
